![]() this unique event has taken place for the last four years The 'ghost village' of Imber, near Warminster in Wiltshire, was commandeered by the army in World War II for training purposes, with the promise that residents could move back after the war. That never happened and now the village is only open for a few days every year when the army are not actively training on Salisbury Plain. It will be great to see you and friends again on New Year's Eve at Imber. |
