The evening will be suitable for both beginners and experts.

Next weeks *Freeskilling* was intended to be titled *Reflexology - A Practical Guide for beginners*. This will now be taking place at a later date due to illness.

The VERY GOOD NEWS is though that instead of this we have are having an evening titled - *Introduction to The Alexander Technique - Theory and Practical*, run by two of Bristols best professionals out of the goodness of their heart!
