Bristol Asian Mela, organised by the Sikh resource centre, St Marks road

31st August, Eastville Park, Free Entry.
'Mela' is Punjabi for 'festival'. The Bristol Asian Mela showcases the arts, customs and food of the South Asian community.

Featuring live music from Harbhajn Mnaa, Kuldeep Manak and Surinder Shinda and also Bollywood dancers, rangoli art, mendhi body painting, dhol and harmonium classes.
