The Scandal of Britain's Call-Centres

Low Pay, Low Status and Low Morale - and all rubber-stamped by Nu Labour

Britain's Call Centres are nothing short of a National scandal, a new report by CWU has concluded. Staff are forced to work in robotic monotony, monitored at all times, on low pay - and all sanctioned by the Nu Labour Government. CWU is calling for an urgent review of Call Centre conditions after a study found that most Call Centres were inhumane and a contravention of Civil Liberties.
