Montpelier to Montpellier Bike Ride for Palestine

Three friends from Bristol will be setting off this weekend on an intrepid and possibly unique bike ride. They will depart from their home area of Montpelier in Bristol and plan to cycle almost a thousand miles to Montpellier in southern France. The trio are raising sponsorship money for various good causes.

One of the trio, Moe, is of Palestinian heritage. Moe will be raising money which he is splitting between National Palestine Solidarity Campaign and Medical Aid for Palestinians.

They will be leaving on this SUNDAY 31st May.

Supporters and well-wishers, many in colourful clothing and some waving Palestinian flags, will gather from 10.00am onwards on Sunday 31st May outside the Bristolian Café on Picton Street (off Stokes Croft) Montpelier in Bristol. The cyclists will set off at 11.00am. Come and support the send-off.
