B&NES Liberal Democrat questionable funding arrangements

On the run money launderer, fraudster and perjurer gets financial backing from the same individual who bankrolls the B&NES Liberal Democrat party machine.

The Liberal Demagogue party machine here in B&NES is very generously financed by Bath based multi millionaire businessman Mr Paul Strasburger eg: £100,000 predominantly in cash donated to B&NES LD’s in 2007, £13,000 pa donated to Don Fosters constituency office in 2007, 2008 and 2009 plus one or two “personal contributions.”

Interestingly, Mr Paul Strasburger also financed the fraudster, money launderer and perjurer Mr Michael Brown who donated £2.4m of other peoples savings and investments without their knowledge or consent to the LD’s in 2005 to fight the general election which it is stubbornly refusing to pay back ie: he funded much of the cost of Michael Browns defence team, put up his bail money and provided his farm on the outskirts of Bath as a bail address which was subsequently searched last year by the City of London Police when Michael Brown repaid Mr Strasburgers loyalty / generosity by either absconding abroad on a false passport or anonymously via a luxury yacht / boat or private aeroplane.

It cannot be good for so-called democracy that the LD party machine in B&NES is so heavily reliant on the substantial cash contributions of one very wealthy individual who is at the same time funding the defence costs of Michael Brown, a defence which if it were successful would mean the LD national party would not have to return the stolen £2.4m thereby averting potential bankruptcy.

It seems very clear to us and many others that there is something very politically rotten here in the state of B&NES. Whatever, we are determined to cleanse this overpowering stench of corruption from our midst.
