For those of you who have no idea what it is about, here's what next week's sharer Keef Miles has to say about it:

The dance of yoga, the yoga of dance........ utilising yogic principles in the journey of energy surfing. Ecstatic dance requires no experience,
rhythm or dancing ability: It is an invitation to presence, mindfulness and willingness to move and be moved. this will be a playful
introduction to a powerful dance/yoga practice.......
