Anti-Cameron protest - Bath - This evening!

Following on from The 'secret' tory meeting with David cameron in Bath having its location revealed and distributed, there will now be a protest outside the venue.

Themes of the protest will include -

*Save bathampton Meadows, eco-protest - Local tories are keen to push through the concreting of bathamptom meadows, home to bats, badgers, cormorants and much more. Let Cameron know that his green rhetoric is just hot air! Locals are well up for direct action, so making links is vital.

*Secrecy/ Big Brother - People who wanted to attend the meeting had to provide passports and go through a strict vetting process before being allowed in. Aren't the tories against ID?

* He is a tory, a toff, and a politician - three good reasons on their own!

The demo will be starting at 5.30 ish at the following location -

Please use the pedestrian entrance in North Parade Rd , situated between the Magistrates Court and the Pavilion.

BAN people will be handing out flyers at the 'reposses the banks' demo, and some of us will be getting the 17.30 train from temple meads. The demo is only a 3 minute walk from the station.
