Freeskilling: TONIGHT 'All about clutter' 7pm The Better Food Co

Hello all

Tonights freeskilling session will be:

All About Clutter
What is clutter? What does it represent? Why do we find it so hard to get rid of it? And why do we feel so much better when we move it on? With Alison Wilding

As always this will be held at the Better food Co (St Werburghs) at 7pm, feel free to arrive early and enjoy a cuppa in the cafe.

10 May Tofutastic! – Beyond The Stir-Fry….
Learn how to make some simple tofu based dishes including chocolate mousse, raspberry syllabub, mayonnaise, and quiche. You get to sample them and take home recipe handouts! Plus further inspiration from local vegans on a groundbreaking vegan local buddying scheme www.veganbuddy.org.uk. With Jane Easton

17 May An Introduction to Herbal Medicine
Learn the basics of using medicinal herbs for self-care. Understand herbal terminology, where to buy/find herbs, how to make a herbal tea and decoction plus some herb tasting connecting this to the use of the herb. With Becs Griffiths
