After its sell-out success, Folk, Tales & Magic is back with some of Bristol's finest folk musicians, story tellers, and magicians. Come along to the White Bear’s Wardrobe Theatre, Thursday 5th July, for some enchanting entertainment, spellbinding storytelling and mystical magic, featuring Nuala Honan, Locks, Leo James, Kieron the Mighty, and Martin Maudsley.

Doors open at 7.30pm with the show beginning at 8pm.
Tickets £9 advance / £10 on the door. For tickets visit Bristol Ticket Shop or http://www.temwa.org/support-us/upcoming-events/details/110-folk-tales-a-magic.html
100% of profits will go directly towards supporting Temwa’s sustainable community development projects in Malawi.

Nuala Honan
“Beautifully written songs, beautifully sung… Nuala is a fresh breeze of talent and raw integrity.” (Dizraeli)
“Bringing a fresh and captivating intimacy with the warming breath of a bubbling country heart and some traditional fireside honesty.” (Pete Hogg, Wandering Word)

Martin Maudsley
Bristol’s favourite storyteller, and the man behind the Storytelling Festival, will take you on a journey of the imagination as we travel through tall stories, charming folktales and heart-warming yarns.

Locks
Singer-songwriter Locks will be here to “take us on an emotional journey, with beautiful lyrics and hauntingly jaunty acoustic guitar” (Thomas R Johnson)
Check out her new songs on soundcloud.com/locksofficial

Kieron the Mighty
Kieron, and his amazing tricks, are back at Folk, Tales & Magic. Performing wonders with cards, cutlery and a staple gun, his mighty power never fails to amaze!

Leo James
Drawing influence from folk, blues and country musicians from both sides of the Atlantic, Leo’s music blends upbeat swing-influenced tunes, with more subtle, melodic acoustic sounds. Go to myspace.com/leojamesmusic for songs, info and more
