After reading that HSBC has been laundering billions of pounds of crimminal assets over many years I was very concerned to find out that the new Chair of the CURO Housing Group is a "Mr Roger Thomas who until his retirement this year occupied various senior management roles within HSBC. As an experienced Director and Manager with a business, property and banking background he brings considerable financial and investment experience to the Board."

His second in command is Dermot Courtier Head of Group Pensions for Kingfisher Plc which owns such high street chains as B&Q and Screwfix.

Can anyone explain how these people have managed to take over the Board of the registered charity Somer Community Housing Trust ?
