Selfridges have pulled out of the Broadmead Development Scheme

Land Securities - the property developers trying to make a packet out of the Broadmead redevlopment - have been dealt a crushing blow by Selfridges today pulling out of the scheme.Selfridges was to be the cornerstone of the whole development and the whole Broadmead expansion scheme must now be in doubt.
