Currently a consultation is being undertaken as you will see from the attached document the powers of the HMB (Selected) are to be increased but not just that, their terms are to be more closer alligned to that of an RSL or ALMO

Currently a consultation is being undertaken as you will see from the attached document the powers of the HMB (Selected) are to be increased but not just that, their terms are to be more closer alligned to that of an RSL or ALMO
If this happens the very likely effect is a stock transfer by stealth through the future pilot of a local housing company, currently being looked into by council officers, who could no doubt be lining up to enjoy lucritive increments if their employment is transferred with the stock.
But of course tenants are not being directly consulted on this issue as the document states, therefore, for this to occur it is without consultation. Can this be right?
It has come to the attention of a few that questions are being raised at a higher level;
