Taking a serene boat trip up the Avon from Bath to Bathampton lock, visitors to the city are often struck by the massive concrete flyover spanning the river. The road is the A4, which was supposed to connect the A36 to the A46, two of the West\'s major trunk roads. read full story / add a comment

'Bethlehem Link' has produced some calendars and cards for sale again this Christmas. The cards which are an illustration of the Church of the Nativity by a young girl at the Cultural Centre are in packs of 10 for £3 (2 packs for £5) plus p&p; and the calendar is £2.99 (plus p&p). The calendar depicts the Hakaya dancers from the Cultural Centre in their traditional embroidered costumes.
