Following the recent police excursions into St Pauls when a number of homes and businesses were raided and people arrested for suspected drug dealing, a lot of unfamiliar faces suddenly started appearing on the streets of the neighbouring Easton area. Car-loads of anxious-looking men fiddling with tin foil were once again parking up in quiet side streets, while used hypodermic needles began to appear at Stapleton railway station and in gutters, as the sound of 'fireworks' being let off echoed through the night. read full story / add a comment
