Bristol ABC, using money donated to us, brought and sent a book to Herman Wallace, one of the Angola 3 and former Black Panther. The book was sent back. There is no way we could have known before hand, but the rules (not written anywhere we could find) specify that the book:
1. Must be accompanied by a reciept.
2. Must be posted by the publisher or a bookshop
