Tenant participation in Bristol is a shambles. It is time tenants were informed about what has really been happening. For example, a Housing Management reorganisation by the Labour Party that has centralised the service and excluded loyal tenants, who have served their communities well for many years, from participating in the decision-making process. read full story / add a comment

Currently a consultation is being undertaken as you will see from the attached document the powers of the HMB (Selected) are to be increased but not just that, their terms are to be more closer alligned to that of an RSL or ALMO read full story / add a comment

Yet again trusted tenants on the Housing Management Board deny other tenants their rights, by turning their back on them all 29,000 by clawing back the City's Enviromental Improvement Budgets, and in turn passing it back to Officers to fill the black hole created by failing the business plan, in trying to achieve the decent home standard read full story / add a comment
