Attached is a summary of the main points agreed at the World Social forum in Porto alegre. It may be useful for those intending going to next Wednesdays meeting. Key debates at the Forum hinged around the issue of NGOs and Campaigns being co-opted into decision making structures and the question of continuation of mass demonstrations at major summits.
